Sam "Tobirama" Yancer '20

Sam Yancer studied at Miami from 2016 until 2020 and played DPS for Miami’s Overwatch team all four years, and served as Captain of the team for his last two years. During his final year he was also a Camp Counsellor for the University’s Summer Esports Camp, and a Student co-director for the program.

Sam is currently a Collegiate Relationships Coordinator at eFuse, and is enjoying his position within the esports industry, seeing himself staying in the field for the foreseeable future.

Stelanie "Cel3rystalk" Tsirlis '16

BA in Marketing and Interactive Media Studies

Stelanie Tsirlis began studying at Miami in 2012, and quickly joined the Esports club, serving as president from her sophomore year to her senior year. Seeing the need for a Varsity program, she helped found the Miami University Varsity Esports program, serving as Student Director alongside her club duties until graduation.

Since graduation, Stelanie has worked with 343 Industries, Blizzard Entertainment, and Riot Games, and is currently an associate producer on VALORANT. She believes the gaming industry is the perfect place for her and sees herself growing in a positive direction.

Jarod "Anamarii" Haney '18

BA in Interactive Media Studies

"I could not be more excited for the people who will get to work with the talented young adults that come out of this program."

Jarod Haney studied at Miami University from 2014 to 2018, becoming a part of the program as it was built his junior year. He started on the inaugural Overwatch team as a support main, then he progressed up the ladder to analyst, part-time coach, and full-time coach upon graduation. He also served as an esports camp counsellor in summer of 2018.
